Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head of Department in formulating and executing strategies for Health Insurance profitable growth and development.
- Analyze financial performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and monitor the profit centre budget to ensure targets are met.
- Lead strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the Healthcare segment's market position.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting and claims, to optimize product performance.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the health insurance sector.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in financial modeling.
- Proven ability to drive profitable growth and manage strategic projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of health insurance products, regulations, and industry dynamics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
