  • Assist the Head of Department in formulating and executing strategies for Health Insurance profitable growth and development.
  • Analyze financial performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage and monitor the profit centre budget to ensure targets are met.
  • Lead strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the Healthcare segment's market position.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting and claims, to optimize product performance.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the health insurance sector.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in financial modeling.
  • Proven ability to drive profitable growth and manage strategic projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
