- Support the Head of Department in developing and executing profitable growth strategies for the Health Insurance segment
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities
- Oversee product development and lifecycle management for health insurance portfolios
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional initiatives between underwriting, claims, and marketing departments
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Manage stakeholder relationships with healthcare providers, brokers, and corporate clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance with 2+ years in health insurance segment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and profit growth objectives
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial metrics
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership abilities
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore's healthcare landscape and regulatory framework
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics tools
