Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head of Department in formulating and executing strategic plans to achieve profitable growth within the Health Insurance segment.
- Analyze profit centre performance, financial reports, and market data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including underwriting, claims, and distribution teams.
- Oversee the implementation of business strategies to ensure alignment with company objectives and regulatory standards.
- Monitor budget performance and control costs to ensure profitability targets are met.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of competitor activities and emerging healthcare trends.
- Lead and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market reports.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, project management, and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of health insurance products, underwriting principles, and regulatory frameworks.
