- Assist Head of Department in formulating and executing strategies for profitable growth in Health Insurance segment
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and operational excellence
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare providers and corporate clients
- Lead and mentor a team of insurance professionals, fostering high-performance culture
- Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and recommend profitability-enhancing actions
- Collaborate with marketing, underwriting, and claims teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience in health insurance, with 2+ years in managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's insurance regulations (MAS) and health insurance products
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing P&L
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management systems
- Professional certifications (CIP, ACII) highly desirable
