Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in health insurance or financial services with profit center management exposure
- Proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies for insurance products
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and market trend analysis
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing performance metrics
