MSIG is a leading general insurance provider committed to delivering comprehensive protection solutions across Asia. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Assistant Manager, Segment Profit Centre - Health to join our Health Insurance department in Singapore.
In this pivotal role, you will support the Head of Department in driving the profitable growth and strategic development of our Healthcare business segment. You will play a key role in developing and implementing effective strategies that enhance our market position while ensuring sustainable profitability.
Your primary focus will be on analyzing market dynamics, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative health insurance products that meet evolving customer needs. You will also be responsible for monitoring financial performance, preparing strategic reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Assist the Head of Department in achieving health insurance profit centre goals and targets
- Develop and implement strategic plans for profitable growth and market expansion
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and distribution channels
- Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvement actions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Drive product development initiatives and support go-to-market strategies
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve collective objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in health insurance or general insurance sector
- Proven track record in profit centre management, sales, or business development
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market insights
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional insurance qualifications (CIEL, ANZIIF, or equivalent) are an advantage
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and team management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis tools
