Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head of Department in developing and executing strategic business plans to achieve profitability and growth targets.
- Monitor and analyze the financial performance of health insurance portfolios, providing actionable insights for management.
- Support the design and refinement of health insurance products, ensuring they remain competitive and relevant in the Singapore market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Underwriting, Claims, and Sales to ensure seamless operational execution.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support regulatory compliance initiatives and maintain high standards of governance within the health insurance department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in the health insurance industry, preferably in a profit centre or product management role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and financial modelling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of the Singapore health insurance market, including local regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Professional certification in insurance (e.g., CMI, ANZIIF, or equivalent) is highly advantageous.
