Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head of Department in developing and executing strategic growth plans for the Health Insurance segment.
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, profitability, and claims trends to provide actionable insights.
- Support the underwriting process by ensuring compliance with internal policies and market risk appetites.
- Collaborate with the distribution and product development teams to enhance existing products and launch innovative health insurance solutions.
- Prepare regular management reports and performance dashboards for senior leadership.
- Maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct competitive market analysis to identify new business opportunities and threats within the healthcare insurance landscape.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the general insurance industry, specifically within Health or Life insurance sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Sound knowledge of Singapore's healthcare insurance market dynamics and regulatory environment.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Professional insurance certifications (e.g., CMI, CII) would be a significant advantage.
