- Support the Head of Department in executing the Health Insurance department's strategic growth plans
- Develop and implement strategies for profitable segment expansion in the healthcare market
- Analyze market data, customer insights, and financial performance to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product development and service delivery
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and healthcare partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in health insurance or healthcare management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial and market data
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic business plans
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of Singapore's insurance regulatory framework
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data visualization tools
