MSIG is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager, Segment Profit Centre - Health to support the Head of Department in driving the strategic vision of our Health Insurance division. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head of Department in formulating and executing the Health Insurance segment's strategic goals and KPIs.
- Analyze profit centre data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for sustainable growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the competitiveness and profitability of healthcare products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, claims, and sales, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to assess competitor activities and emerging healthcare trends.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to support decision-making processes.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, with a strong preference for Health Insurance.
- Proven experience in profit centre management, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant enterprise software systems.
