- Support Head of Department in achieving Health Insurance department's strategic growth targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new product opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies for profitable segment expansion in health insurance
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics for the health insurance portfolio
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and product offerings
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance policies
- Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders and distribution partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Sciences, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in health insurance or general insurance industry
- Proven track record in achieving growth targets and managing P&L responsibilities
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial metrics
- Knowledge of Singapore's healthcare landscape and insurance regulatory framework
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and insurance management systems
