Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head of Department in developing and executing strategies to achieve the Health segment's profit and growth objectives.
- Conduct regular performance analysis of the health insurance portfolio, identifying key drivers of profitability and areas for improvement.
- Support the design and launch of competitive health insurance products aligned with market demands and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, and claims departments to ensure seamless operational delivery and risk management.
- Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging healthcare needs in Singapore.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure segment targets are met consistently.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management regarding segment performance and strategic outlook.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Actuarial Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong focus on Health insurance.
- Proven track record in profit centre management, business development, or product strategy.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in insurance data modeling and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Knowledge of Singapore’s healthcare regulatory landscape and local market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
