MSIG is seeking a driven and analytical Assistant Manager to support the Head of Department in achieving all goals related to the Health Insurance department's profitable growth and the strategic development of Healthcare.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head of Department in formulating and executing strategies to drive profitable growth within the Health Insurance segment.
- Manage the Profit Centre's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Underwriting, Product) to enhance product offerings and customer value.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management regarding segment performance and strategic initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with health insurance product development and distribution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of health insurance products, underwriting principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and P&L management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
