Join the dynamic finance team at Nanyang Technological University's Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) as an Assistant Manager/Senior Assistant Manager, Finance. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to drive financial reporting and analysis for one of Singapore's leading medical schools.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial health and compliance of LKCMedicine through meticulous financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. You will work closely with department heads to develop financial strategies, monitor expenditures, and provide valuable insights to support decision-making processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for LKCMedicine
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide regular reports to management
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with department heads on financial planning and resource allocation
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Manage financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate external audits and ensure timely completion of financial reporting requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is advantageous
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant finance experience, with preference for experience in education or healthcare sector
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
