Join the National University Hospital as an Assistant Manager/Senior Assistant Manager for our innovative HEADS-UPP and SLeEP Programme, dedicated to enhancing preschool health across Singapore. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the HEADS-UPP and SLeEP Programme
- Develop and implement programme strategies to improve preschool health outcomes
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, educators, and community partners
- Monitor programme performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage programme resources and ensure efficient allocation
- Prepare regular reports on programme progress and impact
- Train and support programme staff and volunteers

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Public Health, Education, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in programme management or healthcare coordination
- Experience working with preschool children or in early childhood development
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Singapore's healthcare system and preschool education landscape
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
