In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing talent management initiatives that align with organizational goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead initiatives in talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning across departments
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities and career progression
- Conduct performance management reviews and provide guidance on performance improvement plans
- Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted development interventions
- Analyze workforce data and metrics to report on talent management effectiveness
- Champion employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare human resources
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in talent management or learning and development
- Strong understanding of talent management frameworks and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in HR information systems and data analytics tools
- Experience in a healthcare or large corporate environment is advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Self-motivated team player with a passion for driving employee growth and organizational success
