  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Lead initiatives in talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning across departments
  • Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities and career progression
  • Conduct performance management reviews and provide guidance on performance improvement plans
  • Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted development interventions
  • Analyze workforce data and metrics to report on talent management effectiveness
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare human resources

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in talent management or learning and development
  • Strong understanding of talent management frameworks and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and data analytics tools
  • Experience in a healthcare or large corporate environment is advantageous
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Self-motivated team player with a passion for driving employee growth and organizational success
