Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end operational implementation of community care programs and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, government agencies, and community partners, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate service quality metrics to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks to track KPIs and operational performance.
- Facilitate training and capacity-building sessions for partner organizations to enhance service capabilities.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to optimize care pathways.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Nursing, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, project management, or community care.
- Strong understanding of the mental health landscape and integrated care models in Singapore.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools to drive decision-making and performance reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
