Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive talent development strategies specifically for nursing leadership within the community care framework.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and secure top-tier nursing talent.
- Conduct training needs assessments and develop competency-based training modules.
- Cultivate strong relationships with nursing directors and department heads to identify leadership gaps and potential.
- Organize and facilitate leadership workshops, seminars, and professional development sessions.
- Maintain accurate HR data, talent pipelines, and performance metrics to track development outcomes.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention within the nursing workforce.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR, talent acquisition, or nursing management.
- Strong understanding of competency frameworks and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using HR information systems (HRIS) and talent management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
