  • Design and execute comprehensive talent development strategies specifically for nursing leadership within the community care framework.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and secure top-tier nursing talent.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and develop competency-based training modules.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with nursing directors and department heads to identify leadership gaps and potential.
  • Organize and facilitate leadership workshops, seminars, and professional development sessions.
  • Maintain accurate HR data, talent pipelines, and performance metrics to track development outcomes.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention within the nursing workforce.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR, talent acquisition, or nursing management.
  • Strong understanding of competency frameworks and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR information systems (HRIS) and talent management software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
