Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial aspects of construction projects including cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, and subcontract agreements ensuring compliance with regulations
- Conduct valuations of variations and prepare monthly payment certificates
- Monitor project costs against budgets and advise on cost-saving measures
- Handle contractual claims, disputes, and negotiations with stakeholders
- Prepare final accounts and settlement documentation upon project completion
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying with contractor or developer background
- Proficiency in Malaysian Standard Method of Measurement (MSMM) and FIDIC contracts
- Strong analytical skills in cost analysis and risk assessment
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, IQS) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QS software
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
