About the Role
The Agency For Integrated Care (AIC) is looking for a dedicated and meticulous professional to join our Procurement team as an Assistant Manager or Senior Executive. In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of our mission, ensuring that our procurement processes are robust, transparent, and aligned with Singapore's public sector standards. You will manage the end-to-end tender lifecycle, directly impacting our ability to provide essential services to the community.
As a key member of the Contract Management team, you will navigate complex procurement landscapes, collaborating with various internal stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical specifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end tender process, including the preparation of tender documents, publication on GeBIZ (where applicable), and handling vendor queries.
- Coordinate and lead tender evaluation committees to ensure objective and merit-based selection of vendors.
- Draft, review, and finalize contract terms and conditions in collaboration with legal and finance departments.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, ensuring all deliverables meet the agreed-upon standards and timelines.
- Provide expert advice to internal departments on procurement policies, workflows, and best practices to ensure governance and transparency.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of the procurement process for audit and reporting purposes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost-savings within the procurement lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement, contract management, or tender administration.
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore Government Procurement Act and GeBIZ processes is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of integrity.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
