United Medicare Pte Ltd, a leading healthcare provider in Singapore dedicated to delivering exceptional patient-centric care, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Project Management to join our team in Toa Payoh.
As a key member of our Project Management Office (PMO), you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives that directly enhance patient safety, elevate care quality, and optimize operational efficiency across our facilities. You will work cross-functionally with clinical, nursing, and operational stakeholders, ensuring strict adherence to stringent healthcare compliance standards set by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and other regulatory bodies.
This role is perfectly suited for a seasoned project management professional who is passionate about making a tangible difference in the healthcare landscape. You will be responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from initial conception and business case development through to successful execution and handover. Leveraging robust project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid), you will manage resources, timelines, budgets, and risks to deliver exceptional results that align with our organizational goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of healthcare improvement projects, from initiation through to successful closure and operational handover.
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders to define project scope, SMART objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, managing timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all projects comply with MOH regulations, healthcare accreditations, and rigorous quality and safety standards.
- Facilitate regular project governance meetings and provide clear, concise progress reports to the senior management team.
- Drive organizational change management and user adoption for new processes and technologies that improve patient outcomes.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and continuously enhance PMO frameworks and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior executives, fostering a culture of project excellence and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in project management, ideally within a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong grasp of the Singapore healthcare ecosystem, regulatory requirements (MOH, licensing), and quality assurance frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
- Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or JIRA.
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
