Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance stakeholder relationships and organizational commitment.
- Organize and facilitate stakeholder engagement forums, town halls, and networking events to foster dialogue.
- Craft compelling content, including newsletters, reports, and presentations, to articulate the organization's vision and achievements.
- Monitor and analyze stakeholder feedback to continuously improve engagement initiatives and address concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align stakeholder engagement activities with broader business goals.
- Manage correspondence and maintain detailed records of all stakeholder interactions and commitments.
- Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities within the healthcare and community sectors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in stakeholder management, public relations, or communications, preferably within the healthcare or non-profit sector.
- Proven track record of developing successful communication strategies and managing stakeholder relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
