Tanggung Jawab
- Market and promote property valuation services to potential clients
- Conduct property inspections and gather relevant market data for valuation purposes
- Prepare comprehensive valuation reports in accordance with industry standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
- Assist in business development activities to expand the company's client base
- Stay updated with current market trends, regulations, and valuation methodologies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
- Provide professional advice to clients regarding property valuation matters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property valuation or real estate services
- Professional certification in property valuation (e.g., APV, RV) is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of local property market in Kuala Terengganu and Terengganu
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in valuation software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
