Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize service workflows and enhance patient-centered care standards.
  • Oversee daily operational activities to ensure compliance with quality benchmarks and organizational policies.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract management.
  • Lead and support cross-functional initiatives to drive service development and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze performance data and service feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align service delivery with organizational objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports for management regarding operational metrics, resource allocation, and project progress.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in service development, operations management, or administrative coordination.
  • Strong understanding of procurement practices and operational workflow optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and data management software.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process enhancement.
  • Experience in the healthcare or community services sector is highly preferred.
