Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize service workflows and enhance patient-centered care standards.
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure compliance with quality benchmarks and organizational policies.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract management.
- Lead and support cross-functional initiatives to drive service development and operational efficiency.
- Analyze performance data and service feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align service delivery with organizational objectives.
- Prepare regular reports for management regarding operational metrics, resource allocation, and project progress.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in service development, operations management, or administrative coordination.
- Strong understanding of procurement practices and operational workflow optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and data management software.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process enhancement.
- Experience in the healthcare or community services sector is highly preferred.
