- Lead end-to-end site acquisition process including research, evaluation, and negotiation of commercial properties
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys to assess location viability, traffic patterns, and competitive landscape
- Develop and execute site acquisition strategies aligned with business expansion goals
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, and real estate stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic acquisition opportunities
- Prepare detailed feasibility reports and presentations for senior management approval
- Negotiate lease terms, contracts, and purchase agreements ensuring optimal commercial terms
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in site acquisition, commercial real estate, or property development
