Lagenda Properties is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager, Site to oversee our construction projects in Senawang. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring that all construction activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in strict accordance with the project schedule and quality standards. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between the technical teams, management, and stakeholders to guarantee successful project delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor daily site operations to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and maintain workflow.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations on the construction site.
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Manage on-site resources, including labor, materials, and machinery, to prevent delays and optimize costs.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with local building codes.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in site supervision or construction management within the property sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and local regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management software.
- Valid Certificate of Competency (if applicable) and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
