Tanggung Jawab
- Support the development and execution of long-term corporate strategic planning initiatives.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business units to align divisional goals with overarching corporate strategies.
- Develop high-level presentations and reports for senior management and executive stakeholders.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of strategic projects.
- Coordinate regular strategic review meetings and workshops to facilitate decision-making processes.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate development.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data modeling, market research tools, and business forecasting.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
