You will be responsible for conducting rigorous assessments of fee increase requests, ensuring that subvention allocations are managed responsibly, transparently, and in alignment with national healthcare policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Evaluate and process fee increase requests submitted by Long Term Care (LTC) providers with high accuracy.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and data validation to support funding recommendations.
- Engage and communicate with LTC providers to clarify submission details and ensure compliance with subvention guidelines.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentation materials for management review and decision-making.
- Identify process gaps and propose operational improvements to increase efficiency in subvention management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and review the impact of subvention policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for audit purposes and policy tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, operations, or regulatory compliance; experience in healthcare or social services is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and data management systems.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high integrity in handling financial data.
