Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for multiple business units
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates using diverse channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to optimize recruitment workflows and candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and conduct competency-based interviews
- Analyze recruitment metrics to reduce time-to-hire and improve candidate quality
- Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility as an employer of choice
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires to ensure smooth integration
- Stay updated on labor market trends and compensation benchmarks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of progressive talent acquisition experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment and ATS implementation (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment across multiple industries
- Professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP, CIPD) preferred
