Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial job profiling to final offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Enhance the company’s employer branding through social media engagement, career fairs, and industry networking events.
- Analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire to optimize the efficiency of the hiring process.
- Manage and mentor junior recruitment staff, providing guidance on best practices and candidate management.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies throughout the hiring process.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment strategy to ensure a balanced workforce.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or senior capacity.
- Proven track record in high-volume recruitment within the marketing, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.
- Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sophisticated sourcing tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage given our market demographics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to improve recruitment outcomes.
