You'll collaborate with department heads to define staffing needs, implement innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure timely hiring of high-caliber professionals who align with our organizational values. Ideal candidates will demonstrate expertise in full-cycle recruitment, data-driven decision-making, and building long-term talent partnerships in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business objectives
  • Manage recruitment budgets and optimize sourcing channels (ATS, job boards, social media)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and conduct competency-based interviews
  • Implement employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate attraction and engagement
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and company recruitment policies

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience with 1+ years in managerial role
  • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment and talent pipeline development
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruitment technologies (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industry recruitment preferred
