We're seeking a dynamic leader to drive end-to-end talent acquisition processes, build robust talent pipelines, and enhance our employer brand in the healthcare sector. This pivotal role requires a proactive professional who can transform recruitment challenges into opportunities while fostering a candidate-centric experience. You'll collaborate with department heads to define staffing needs, implement innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure timely hiring of high-caliber professionals who align with our organizational values. Ideal candidates will demonstrate expertise in full-cycle recruitment, data-driven decision-making, and building long-term talent partnerships in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business objectives
- Manage recruitment budgets and optimize sourcing channels (ATS, job boards, social media)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and conduct competency-based interviews
- Implement employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate attraction and engagement
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company recruitment policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience with 1+ years in managerial role
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment and talent pipeline development
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruitment technologies (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industry recruitment preferred
