APM Corporate Services is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager, Tax to join our team in Klang. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end tax compliance, including the preparation and timely filing of corporate tax returns.
- Oversee tax incentive applications and ensure ongoing compliance with statutory requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external tax agents, auditors, and government regulatory bodies.
- Provide strategic support for management accounts review, ensuring tax implications are correctly reflected.
- Identify opportunities for tax optimization and process automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular reviews of tax systems to ensure alignment with current tax laws and regulations.
- Assist leadership with complex tax planning initiatives and internal reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, MIA).
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in corporate tax or audit, preferably within a corporate services or professional firm environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian tax laws, regulations, and reporting standards.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- High level of professional integrity and attention to detail.
