Join our dynamic finance team as Assistant Manager Tax & Accounting and drive financial excellence at Stainless Steel Primavalve Majubersama. This pivotal role combines strategic tax planning with hands-on accounting operations to ensure regulatory compliance and optimize financial performance. You'll lead critical initiatives in tax compliance preparation, financial reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency across our Banten-based operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards while mentoring junior staff to maintain rigorous financial controls. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing processes
- Develop and execute comprehensive tax compliance strategies ensuring adherence to Indonesian tax regulations (VAT, income tax, withholding tax)
- Prepare and submit accurate tax returns, supporting documentation, and regulatory filings to tax authorities
- Lead financial reporting initiatives including consolidation of financial statements and management reporting
- Implement tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities while maintaining compliance
- Manage and develop accounting staff through training, performance management, and workflow optimization
- Collaborate with internal/external auditors during financial audits and tax inspections
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess financial impact on business operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive tax and accounting experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, accounting standards (PSAK), and financial regulations
- Proven experience in tax compliance, tax planning, and financial reporting for manufacturing companies
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage and develop accounting teams
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel with pivot/vlookup expertise
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
