Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, design, and implement comprehensive training curriculums for sales teams focusing on insurance product suites.
- Conduct regular training needs analyses (TNA) to identify performance gaps and provide targeted intervention strategies.
- Utilize diverse training delivery methods, including e-learning, classroom sessions, and role-playing simulations to maximize retention.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex product technicalities into actionable, value-based sales pitches.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to sales representatives to enhance individual performance and conversion rates.
- Stay abreast of the latest insurance industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure training materials remain accurate and compliant.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate training, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong background in sales force development and performance coaching.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in instructional design tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
