Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff through effective coaching and performance management
- Implement inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize losses
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum operational efficiency
- Coordinate with logistics teams for timely transportation and delivery scheduling
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) like inventory turnover and order accuracy
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with operational standards
- Collaborate with procurement and sales departments to forecast inventory needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years warehouse experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Expertise in lean methodologies and process optimization
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
