Join Malindo Feedmill as Assistant Manager Warehouse and drive operational excellence at our Gresik facility. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods
- Implement inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
- Lead and develop warehouse staff through training, performance evaluation, and safety protocols
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely material availability
- Conduct regular warehouse audits to maintain operational efficiency and compliance
- Develop and implement process improvements for cost reduction and productivity gains
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and safety compliance programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management software
- Certified in Forklift Operation and OHS compliance standards
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
