Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of wellbeing and care programmes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide empathetic leadership and mentorship to a team of care staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and staff development.
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with community agencies, healthcare providers, and social organizations.
- Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness through data collection and impact reporting to ensure service excellence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for programme beneficiaries, ensuring high levels of support and engagement.
- Support the planning and execution of outreach events and workshops targeted at families and caregivers.
- Manage programme budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social service, community outreach, or healthcare-related programme management.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in program coordination, impact analysis, and reporting.
- Deep understanding of the social service landscape and the needs of families and caregivers in Singapore.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a compassionate and proactive mindset.
