In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between our company and our Chinese-speaking clientele, driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
As our Assistant Mandarin, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing inquiries, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, providing professional consultation on products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities within the relevant industry.
- Prepare sales presentations, quotations, and contracts for potential and existing customers.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and follow up on inquiries to ensure timely conversion.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of orders and service excellence.
- Provide translation and interpretation support during business meetings or negotiations as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English or Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with basic CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a target-oriented mindset.
- Willing to be based in Jakarta Utara.
