Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily management of Oral Care processing manufacturing operations
- Drive production efficiency through lean manufacturing and process optimization
- Monitor quality control metrics and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and supply chain teams
- Develop and execute production schedules to meet targets
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) and cost reduction projects
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HSE, and food safety regulations
- Manage team performance and foster a culture of operational excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- 3+ years experience in manufacturing management (FMCG preferred)
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality systems
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Leadership experience in team development and performance management
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/JDE) and production planning tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
