Tanggung Jawab
- Support the merchandising team in planning, developing, and implementing product assortments for Clarks stores
- Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to make informed merchandising decisions
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment, and minimize stockouts
- Assist in developing and maintaining retail plans, including markdown strategies and promotional activities
- Collaborate with store teams to ensure proper product presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and margin analysis
- Stay updated on fashion trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Participate in store visits to assess product performance and gather customer feedback
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising or buying (fresh graduates may be considered)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
- Knowledge of retail merchandising principles and practices
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
