Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with the Merchandising Manager to plan, develop, and execute seasonal buying and merchandising strategies for fashion categories.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and inventory levels to identify growth opportunities and optimize product assortment.
- Manage vendor relations, negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure high-quality and timely product sourcing.
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and product assortments to maintain a competitive edge in the local market.
- Work closely with visual merchandising and marketing teams to ensure effective product placement and promotional campaigns.
- Supervise and mentor junior merchandising staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Prepare regular merchandising reports, sales forecasts, and inventory analysis for presentation to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in retail merchandising, buying, or inventory planning, preferably within the fashion sector.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret sales data, financial metrics, and market trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and retail merchandising management software.
- Keen eye for fashion trends, consumer preferences, and style aesthetics.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
