Tanggung Jawab
- Assist licensed midwives in comprehensive prenatal care consultations and examinations
- Support delivery preparation procedures and provide hands-on assistance during labor
- Perform newborn care assessments including initial health checks and basic screenings
- Monitor patients' vital signs and document clinical observations accurately
- Maintain clinic hygiene standards and ensure proper sterilization of equipment
- Provide postpartum education and support to new mothers and their families
- Assist with daily clinic operations including inventory management and scheduling
Kualifikasi
- Certificate in Midwifery or related healthcare field required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with diverse patient populations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Attention to detail in patient documentation and clinical procedures
- Compassionate approach with commitment to maternal and newborn health
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
