We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Nurse Clinician to join our clinical leadership team in Sembawang. As an Assistant Nurse Clinician, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between clinical management and frontline nursing. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of holistic care, mentoring junior nursing staff, and ensuring that our clinical practices meet the highest standards set by the Ministry of Health (MOH). Your expertise will be crucial in managing complex clinical cases and fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to Staff Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Nursing Aides to ensure optimal resident care.
- Manage and evaluate individualized care plans, ensuring they are updated to reflect the changing needs of residents.
- Lead clinical audits and participate in quality improvement projects to enhance nursing standards and patient safety.
- Act as a clinical resource person, providing hands-on guidance for complex procedures, wound care, and infection control.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, physiotherapists, and medical social workers, to provide integrated care.
- Facilitate the orientation, training, and competency assessment of new nursing staff and students.
- Ensure strict compliance with MOH licensing requirements, clinical protocols, and workplace safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with residents' families regarding clinical status and care transitions.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) and a current Practising Certificate.
- At least 5-8 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Possession of an Advanced Diploma in Gerontology, Chronic Disease Management, or a related specialty is highly preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage medical emergencies effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Current BCLS + AED certification is mandatory.
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and basic IT systems.
