Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Registered Nurses with daily clinical tasks and patient care procedures.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients to support their recovery.
- Ensure timely documentation of patient observations and report any changes in status to the RN.
- Assist in the safe transfer and positioning of patients to prevent discomfort and injury.
- Prepare and organize medical equipment and supplies for examinations or treatments.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or Diploma in Nursing or related Healthcare qualification.
- Proven experience in a clinical or hospital setting is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of patient safety protocols and infection control practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of patient mobility and care.
- Ability to work effectively under the supervision of senior medical staff.

- Willingness to work on shifts as required by the healthcare facility.
