Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Officer-in-Charge in overseeing and managing all aspects of daily store operations.
- Supervise, train, and motivate retail staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Ensure exceptional customer service delivery, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, merchandising, and store presentation to maximize sales potential.
- Support the achievement of sales targets, operational key performance indicators (KPIs), and profitability goals.
- Uphold compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
- Conduct regular checks on store cleanliness, organization, and product display.
- Assist in preparing operational reports, scheduling, and other administrative tasks as required.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a retail supervisory or assistant management role, preferably within the consumer products sector.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and managing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with customers and staff.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- A proactive problem-solver with a strong attention to detail.
- At least a High School Diploma; a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
