Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in managing day-to-day retail operations across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and supply chain logistics to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of store managers and staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Analyze operational performance data (sales, KPIs, costs) and generate reports for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Implement and monitor visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the in-store customer experience and drive sales.
- Coordinate with marketing, HR, and finance departments to ensure smooth execution of company-wide initiatives.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing and implementing process improvements to boost productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in retail operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and retail operational software (e.g., POS, ERP).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, formulate action plans, and drive measurable results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for analysis and reporting.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Willing to be based in Sungai Petani, Kedah, with the flexibility to travel to other outlets when necessary.
