  • Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing timely orders to maintain optimal stock.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and tracking operational projects and initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to address and resolve operational issues.
  • Prepare accurate operational reports, documentation, and performance metrics.
  • Support shift scheduling and workforce coordination to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Enforce workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in operations, administration, or a similar support role.
  • Comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and familiarity with operational software.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
