In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for the hands-on operation of storage tanks and the precise monitoring of critical pressure systems, including separators, scrubbers, and pump workstations. Your role is essential in ensuring data accuracy and maintaining the integrity of our production processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor storage tank production processes to ensure efficiency and safety standards.
- Record and log pressure readings from instrument separators, scrubbers, and pump workstations accurately.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and machinery to identify potential maintenance needs.
- Maintain detailed production logs and operational data records as required by management.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety regulations and environmental policies.
- Coordinate with the control room to adjust production parameters based on real-time data.
- Respond promptly to operational alarms and report any irregularities immediately.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (SMK) or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Previous experience as a plant operator, pump operator, or similar role in the manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with pressure gauges, storage tanks, and industrial instrumentation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical instrument panels and monitoring systems.
- Physically fit and capable of working in an industrial environment, including standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures (SK3/SOP) is highly preferred.
