Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the senior accounting team in managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for various clients.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank and general ledger account reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance documentation, including VAT and WHT filings.
- Maintain organized digital accounting records and documentation.
- Support clients in transitioning to or utilizing modern cloud-based accounting platforms.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a strong GPA.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1-2 years of experience in an accounting firm is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and basic taxation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written).
