Tanggung Jawab
- Support the People & Culture Manager in daily HR operations and strategic initiatives
- Manage recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Oversee employee onboarding processes and maintain accurate HR records
- Assist in designing and implementing training programs for staff development
- Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and policy compliance
- Coordinate performance management processes and employee engagement activities
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian labor laws and company policies
- Support HR data collection and reporting for workforce analytics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in hospitality or service industry
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
