Tanggung Jawab

  • Support the People & Culture Manager in daily HR operations and strategic initiatives
  • Manage recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Oversee employee onboarding processes and maintain accurate HR records
  • Assist in designing and implementing training programs for staff development
  • Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and policy compliance
  • Coordinate performance management processes and employee engagement activities
  • Ensure adherence to Indonesian labor laws and company policies
  • Support HR data collection and reporting for workforce analytics

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in hospitality or service industry
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
